When will I receive my order?

Within Mainland UK

  • Standard Delivery – You will receive your order within 3-5 working days. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Age Verified for knife orders).
  • Express Delivery – If you order before 1pm the order will be delivered to you the following day (excluding Sunday delivery). Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Age Verified for knife orders).

Outside Mainland UK

  • Standard delivery – You will receive your order within 3-7 working days.
  • Express Delivery – If you order before 1pm your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

International

  • You will receive your order within 10-12 working days once the order has been despatched.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is £6.95.
  • Express delivery within the UK is available for £8.95.
  • International delivery for only £19.95. (You may also be subject to pay an import tax from the receiving country)

An adult must sign for any knife orders.

  • Every knife order is sent via Royal Mail Age Verified service.
  • An adult over the age of 18 years old must sign for the order.
  • If you are not in you will be able to redirect it to a Post Office to arrange collection.
  • We cannot leave parcels on doorsteps.
